Question: What is the Testimonial Tool?

 

Answer: The My Source Testimonial Tool allows viewers and listeners like you to upload testimonials or stories, including audio, video and/or text files, about their experiences with public broadcasting. Testimonials submitted via the Testimonial Tool may appear on the home page of MySourcefor.org and on various local public broadcasting stations’ websites. Click here to read more.

  

Question: How can I correct a mistake in my submission?

 

Answer: Unfortunately, users are not able to correct submissions. You may contact your local station and ask the Testimonial Tool administrator to correct or delete your submission.

 

Question: Will my personal information appear in the mosaic on station websites?

 

No. Your contact information is private. Only your first name will appear with your testimonial. If you would like to remain anonymous, you may submit your testimonial with an alias. To read our submission and usage policies, click here [link].

 

Question: I submitted a testimonial but I can’t see it on the mosaic display or among search results.

 

Answer: All submissions are subject to review by your local station. If the station chooses to publish your testimonial on the mosaic, it should appear among search results and will appear at random in the mosaic.  

 

Question: I did a search by genre/program/keyword but nothing came up. Why?

 

Answer: No testimonials were tagged with your search criteria.
